Slow down

I recently learned that slow deliberate movements signify confidence and competence. 

As someone who is known for moving very quickly, this hits close to home.

One of my major commitments for 2025 is to be more present. 

This means soaking in more of my surroundings,

appreciating the little things, 

and slowing down a bit.

I am in agreement with one of my favorite Jocko Willink quotes,

“Slow is smooth, smooth is fast”.

2025 is going to be a smooth year.
