Just say yes… it’s way more fun!

I miss the banter that I shared over the last two years with a theatre trained colleague. Always good natured and steeped in humour, any jest targeted at my peer would be received with a smile, elevated with a word twist, and engaged in the affirmative.

Although I never asked him, it was clear that he implemented the key rule to improve… ALWAYS AGREE.

The idea of “Yes and... “ is so refreshing when contrasted with “No but…” attitudes.

People who understand the power of laughter, fun and play make life amazing.

Next time someone mocks “did grandma knit you that sweater!” happily reply “wait till you see my socks!”.
