“I'm not a furniture mover!”

With the startup of our new business we have received multiple orders of new furniture from the same furnishings store.

Four of the five deliveries were completed by Kareem, a friendly, hardworking driver, who made every step of the delivery painless. With clever tricks for holding doors open, and kind words for our team.

Unfortunately, one out of the five deliveries was sourced to an alternate carrier. A grumbly, unhealthy driver who left two pallets of furniture sitting askew in the parking lot on a minus 20 degree day.

“I’m not a furniture mover!” he boldly declared multiple times when asked where he was placing the delivery. Needless to say, our supplier was clearly informed as to not bother getting other quotes from this company in the future.

Our latest delivery arrived today, and fortunately it was Kareem. 

Cheery as ever and making darn sure the boxes were placed exactly where they were needed. 

Happily completing honest work, 

going over and above the bare minimums,

the world needs more Kareems.
